The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is an Entrance Exam which is a  standardized test from 1998 onwards for getting admission into the B Schools. Two Modes in Registration process:

There are two modes for registration. One is the Paper Based Test and the other one is the computer Based Test. The paper Based Test commence from December 7th to December 13. If the students who are registered  for the computer based test is limited, then the test will be completed in one single day.  Second one is Computer based test which will be done in different time slots. The test venues will change according to the time slots which has been given. The time is two and half hour for the Exam. 

Eligibility for Admission:

Any Graduates who are found eligible can register for the Exam. Those who are in the final year exam can apply for the exam. 

How to Apply for the MAT 2014?

Candidates can select different modes when registering for the exam. If we are registering through ATM card, then we need to fill the application forms properly. If we are registering through the Net Banking, then we need to pay an amount of 1200 RS. If we are giving Demand Draft, then it must be crossed in favor of All India Management Association, which is payable at Delhi of any Bank. The amount is RS 1200. If we need to get the MAT bulletin or making cash payment from nodal centers of AIMA, New Delhi. The amount is RS 1200. 

The sale counters will be open from October 2nd week onwards at AIMA Nodal Centers. To know the management institutes which are participating we need to check four digit codes of each university or Institute. There is  a total of 5 blocks having four boxes in each section. We need to fill the details properly. We do not need to pay any additional fees for it. The last Date of sale of forms is November 22nd and the last for filing registrations at AIMA, New Delhi is November 25th. The online registration last date is November 22nd.

Test Venues:

Each Test center is given in the bulletin. For the paper based and computer based test, the test venues are different. The Computer based test will be having different time slots and the venues will be different. Form Acknowledgement:

The forms received at AIMA are properly scanned and it validated within 5 days and the form numbers received will be available on the website. The form will be scrutinized and if it is found in proper order, then you are registered. After the last date mentioned, no forms will be taken and it will be rejected.
